Where you've seen me
How I Got Here. . .
My career began at a small radio station in Anguilla, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean.
In 2017, our island was devastated by Hurricane Irma, one of the strongest hurricanes ever recorded in the Atlantic. As a young reporter, I found myself documenting the storm and its aftermath, with some of my reports gaining international attention.
That experience changed the way I viewed communication forever.
At just 19 years old, I saw firsthand how powerful stories can be. I witnessed a community coming together in the face of unimaginable loss and watched as people around the world responded to the stories emerging from our tiny island of just 14,000 people.
Stories Matter
Nearly a decade later, that belief has taken me from a local radio studio in the Caribbean to producing content for the BBC in London, building my own business, speaking at the House of Lords, and hosting events at venues such as The Dorchester.
Along the way, I expanded into strategic communications, helping organisations connect with their audiences through clear, meaningful and impactful messaging, while applying those same principles to my own company, House of Waves
In a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, I believe human stories remain our most powerful tool for connection. They help us understand one another, build trust, and inspire meaningful action.
